For communication, we use Slack, Skype and Email for effective and timely updates. We work in Indian standard time from 11 am IST to 8 pm IST where our developer/Project manager will update you daily basis. However, limitations or dependencies for any project rely on project requirements, Third-party APIs, libraries support, load balancing, communication support, etc. so whenever a project is discussed crucial dependencies are also discussed and acknowledged in our Terms & Conditions.

Generally, If we go on waterfall method i.e. a fixed cost project. We share a rough timeline via requirement gathering process. Timelines vary as per the resources allocation and complexity of the project or documentation by client. Normally in fixed cost projects, we try to accomplish MVP product in 3 months but if client wants to wrap up fast we increase resources on hourly basis.

We will hand over the original code base to you as per the terms outlined in the Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA). We won’t use the original code base other than the development, maintenance, and enhancement of your MVP. The code will be stored securely on our server code repository that ensures controlled access only to authorized team members involved in the development and maintenance of the MVP to prevent unauthorized access or leakage of the code base. Also, upon request, we hard delete the code from our servers and the developer’s local machine.
